James Taylor returns to his roots with some of his most beloved songs, and tells the stories that inspired them, performed live during a series of concerts at the Colonial Theater in the Berkshires. One Man Band allows Taylor the opportunity to reflect on his music through revealing interview and rare multi-media footage, as well as home movies and photographs from his personal archives.
