Gale Garnett's biggest hit may have been the country-sounding "We'll Sing In The Sunshine" (a Top 10 hit in 1964), but she was actually born in New Zealand. Garnett made her singing debut in 1960 and also enjoyed a popular career as an actress, appearing on TV shows including "Bonanza" and "Hawaiian Eye".
