In February 1982, the then 72 year old Burl Ives appeared before an enthusiastic audience at Chautauqua, New York, with a performance originally filmed for and broadcast on PBS television. Accompanying himself on acoustic guitar, he delighted the audience with a selection of his signature songs, folk songs, stories, sing-alongs and rounds.
