What's the best way to get around your website?
On the left of your screen you see our Directory. This is where we group some of the artists and albums we feature in some general categories in case you just want to browse.
Search for a product. You can search by artist, album title, song title, and by catalogue item number. This is probably the best way to find what you want if you know what you're looking for.

Search Tips
- If you are searching for an exact phrase, surround your search text with quotes. (ie. "All of Me")
- Enter as much information as possible.
- Instead of Searching through all products, select either CDs or DVDs from the dropdown list.

How can I get additional information about an album? (like a listing of all the songs on the album)
Just click on the stock#, the album cover, or the artist's name and you will be taken to the detail page. You'll find that you can learn all sorts of goodies about the items this way.

When you see an item you want, just click on "Add to Cart."

What if I don't want to order online?
If you prefer, you may order toll free at 1-800-232-7328. Please make a note of the artist and title of each item you want to purchase and have your credit card ready. You may also order by fax at 1-630-305-0782 with a valid credit card. We will also accept your order by mail. Please follow the directions below.

Do you accept cash or money orders?
If you want to pay with a check or money order, you can print out your shopping basket page or just write down the names and prices of the items you want on any piece of paper, add in the appropriate shipping charge, and make out a check payable to "Aztec Corporation." Then mail the order and check to:

When does the charge go through to my credit card?
Your credit card will be billed when we ship your order, never before.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge $8.00 for USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground (our choice.) First Class orders $31.00 and under are $4.00 and over $31.00 are $8.00 If you would like your order faster, and you live in the continental US, we offer 2nd day air and Next day air (UPN). Rates are dependent on size, weight and shipping address. Please call 1-800-232-7328 for the cost of shipping. For international orders, your rate varies depending upon the shipping destination and the weight of your package, so someone will e-mail you with your shipping cost.
If any item is back-ordered we will hold your order for up to seven working days if we expect that item to be in stock within that time. If we expect it to take longer than 7 working days for that item to be in stock, we will ship your order immediately and ship the back-ordered item for no additional shipping charge. WE WILL CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE FOLLOWING:
* If you ask us to ship the balance of your order immediately and agree to pay additional shipping for the back-ordered item.
* If the back-ordered item is marked as an IMPORT or we otherwise indicate that we do not maintain stock on that item.
* If the item is shown on our website as being out-of-stock.
* If the item is a special order item or one that is not included in the current edition of the printed Rediscover Music Catalogue
* For shipments to more than one address.
Back-ordered items or any of those listed above and shipped separately from the bulk of the order shall be charged shipping and handling at the rates shown above.

Can you ship to a post office box?
Yes. Shipments to PO Boxes are sent via United States Mail. US mail generally arrives 7-10 business days after we ship your order. We are unable to track these shipments.

Can you ship to a military address?
Yes. Shipments to military addresses (APO, FPO) are sent via United States Mail. When filling out shipping address information, please enter military data as follows:
For "City" enter APO, FPO or NPO (as appropriate)
For "Address 2" enter Army Europe, Army Atlantic or Army Pacific and Unit Number or PO Box number

Do you exchange mailing addresses? We
occasionally exchange our mailing list with other catalog companies. Please let us know if you do not want your name exchanged.

When will you ship my order?
We ship packages within two business days after you place your order, but, if any item is back-ordered we will hold your order for up to seven working days if we expect that item to be in stock within that time. If we expect it to take longer than 7 working days for that item to be in stock, we will ship your order immediately and ship the back-ordered item for no additional shipping charge. Orders placed on Friday or at any time during the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

When will I receive my order?
The closer you live to our Naperville, IL office the less time it will take for your package to reach you. UPS promises to deliver a package to anywhere in the continental US within 4 days. The US Postal Service doesn't make promises, but the time frame is usually about the same. If you are in a hurry, you can choose one of our express services. Always remember to add 2 business days to these estimates to account for our in-house processing of your order.

What is a business day?
"Business days" are Monday through Friday. We ship packages on business days only. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

What if I want to order something that is "Out of Stock?"
You can go ahead and order it. We will place it on backorder and ship it when it comes in. If you have also ordered other items that were in stock, and we are expecting the backordered item to arrive within the next week, we will hold your order for that backordered item. If we are not expecting the backordered item for a week or more, we will ship the rest of your order ahead and ship the backordered item when it comes in. Your credit card will be charged for each item as it is shipped. Please see above for applicible shipping charges.

How can I tell if an item is in stock?
Look below the price or description. It will say either "Out of Stock" or "In Stock." The stock information is updated each business day, so it should be pretty reliable.

What are cookies?
A cookie is a small program sent by a web site to your browser. The program allows the site to remember certain information about you such as your name, address, and what you have in your shopping cart. Our cookies do not save your credit card number. They do save your name and address so you don't have to retype it each time you order. They also save the information in your shopping cart so that if you need to get off-line in the middle of placing your order, your items will still be in the basket when you come back.

Why do you ask for my email address?
We ask for your email address so we can periodically send you an email about new products, special
sales or other tidbits of music related news. Other than this we DO NOT engage in email marketing, and will not give or trade your email address to anyone else.

add you to the list. We will also immediately remove you from our email list should you request that we do so.

What is your return policy?
If you should find that an item is defective, please call us within 30 days of your invoice date at 1-888-232-7328 for instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return the item without contacting us first. We will then arrange with you to replace the defective item.
If you receive an item you did not order or do not want to keep, DO NOT OPEN IT, but call us as soon as possible at 1-888-232-7328. We will take back for credit or exchange any unopened item, but once an item has been opened we must treat it as a defective item, meaning that we can only exchange it for the same item.
